During a 40 year career working within the public, private and charity sectors, Chris has developed an intuitive sense of what makes a good strategy and retains a strong passion for supporting the environmental, social and economic development of local communities. 

 

With previous responsibilities including Senior Economic Development Officer at a local authority, and Head of Commercial Development for a national charity, in 2019 Chris set up Think Funding, with a mission to support the charity sector in obtaining Grants and Funding. Since its inception it has won over £2.5M in funding for local and national charities – enabling the launch of a variety of community initiatives, ranging from employability skills programmes to help with tackling domestic abuse. More recently he has combined assisting businesses and third sector organisations to innovate new service solutions and help to generate new income streams. 

Stacey has spent over a decade working within Sales and Marketing, with an impressive track record in sales across a range of sectors including international financial services, print media and digital marketing. She has a tenacious attitude and commitment to delivering results and going the extra mile for clients. More recently she has worked with SME’s to implement marketing strategies and sales processes to gain new audiences and increase revenue. 

 

A sales person at heart, with a creative flair and inimitable style, Stacey has successfully led national PR campaigns for international retail brands and delivered sales and social media training to small businesses. She is always on the lookout for projects that give back and do good work in the community, spending much of her spare time offering support and guidance to start up CiC’s.
